- Before Work Starts:
If you request a cancellation before any work has begun, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your payment. - After Work Begins:
Once a project has started, refunds are generally not available for the work already completed.
However, we will review each case individually and may offer a partial refund based on the percentage of work not yet completed.
- Any deposit or advance payment made to secure a project timeline is non-refundable once our team schedules resources or commences work.
- This ensures that time and expertise reserved for your project are protected.
- We take quality seriously and strive to meet all agreed specifications.
- If you believe the delivered work does not meet the project scope or approved requirements, please contact us within 10 days of final delivery.
- We will offer reasonable revisions or, if appropriate, a partial refund at our discretion.

The following fees and services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Domain registration and renewal fees
- Web hosting costs
- Third-party software, plugins, or licensing fees purchased on your behalf
- Any completed phases of a project already approved by the client
